Issue:

Resource mailboxes configured for direct booking aren’t automatically accepting meetings

Cause:

Direct Booking has been deprecated in Outlook 2013 – Changes in Office 2013

Resolution:

Convert the (resource) mailbox from user to a room mailbox.
