Business Contact Manager 2010 : Manage linking and tracking Fails
SYMPTOMS
Manage linking and tracking Fails when an Additional MAPI Mailbox (Not Outlook 2010 MultiExchange) is added to an Outlook Profile. The following error is returned when Manage linking and Tracking is selected from the Backstage:
"Business Contact Manager for Outlook Could not Complete your last action or actions.Please try again"
When OK is clicked, then an Empty Manage Linking and Tracking Dialog is displayed

RESOLUTION
The only workaround for now is to remove and re-add the additional mailbox as an additional Exchange account
