Here is a little intro about me. I am a Solutions Architect in this little team called .NET Enterprise Architecture Team. My primary focus is in providing solutions to some of the recurrent issues that our enterprise customers face in building solutions using Microsoft Technologies. As part of my job, I work with partners and Enterprise Customers in helping them architect their solutions using .NET Technologies. My focus is on SOA related issues and as of now  I am focussing mostly on Enterprise information integration issues.

I consider myself a data guy and I strongly believe that the mess behind enterprise IT is caused by data dis-integration and other data anamolies. It is primarily due to the fact that the lack of awareness/experience amongst solutions architect in-terms of designing, maintaining and extending enterprise information models. I hope to cover some of those issues in my blog.

A lot of the "mess behind enterprise IT" is also due to ‘tribes’ and ‘fiefdoms’ within the enterprise organization. This fact of life should be also taken into account when architecting enterprise systems.
