Server exception with asp.net project

Error message:

Parser Error Message: Theme 'Panel' cannot be found in the application or global theme directories.

This error occurs when you try employ a theme in an asp.net project but the front page server extensions are not installed on the server.

To workaround this issue, install the front page server extensions on the server machine.
