David F. McQueeney, Wednesday, July 20, 2011, 9:00 am

The leader of IBM’s worldwide software research portfolio, David McQueeney will focus his keynote speech on new frontiers in information science. He will discuss how the technology behind Watson, the super-computer and Jeopardy contestant, can be applied to current government IT challenges, and what it may hold for the future of education, health, transportation, economic development and public safety.
