Free Training: Visual Studio 2008 Training Kit

Microsoft recently released a freely downloadable training kit, with presentations, hands-on labs, and demonstrations, of pretty much every feature in Visual Studio 2008!  These are the types of resources that I use myself to get up to speed on some of the new technologies, and I wanted to make sure that you knew about them as well.

It covers:

  • LINQ,

  • Visual Basic (.NET) 9.0
  • Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
  • Windows Workflow Foundation (WF)
  • Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)

The best part, I find, is that it is broken up in such a way that you can focus on one part/new feature at a time.  It's well worth the cost (free), unless you include the download cost. Smile
