You can download both here.  The initial username and password in the membership database is Administrator and password1.  It's a REALLY GOOD idea to change it to whatever you want after you download the sample.  I didn't show "EnterMediaAmazon.aspx," but it shows you one approach to calling the Amazon web service.  Make sure you read the comments.  I removed my Amazon web service ID from the code.  There are instructions in the comments for obtaining your own.  This code requires Microsoft SQL 2005 Server Express Edition.  You can download it here.
