Upcoming Mid-Atlantic Code Camp in Reston, Va

I've been talking to G. Andrew Duthie, Brian Noyes, Vishwas Lele about the upcoming Code Camp in Reston, Va.  They're looking for attendees as well as speakers.  If you are doing something interesting with .NET and want to share it with your peers at this great community event, then you might want to heed the call for speakers and get involved.  Not sure what a code camp is?  Here's the description straight from the registration site:

"Come join your fellow developers for a full day of code-driven presentations. Code Camp is by developers, and for developers...it's an idea that started in the Eastern U.S. and has taken hold throughout various development communities in the U.S., and around the world. For more information on Code Camp and its origins, please visit https://www.bostondotnet.org/codecamp/default.aspx/CodeCamp/CodeCampManifesto.html

The general goal of Code Camps is to provide an intensive developer-to-developer learning experience that is fun and technically stimulating. Code Camp is created and run by and for the local community. This is your event. The primary focus is on delivering programming information and sample code that can be used immediately. The event and all slides, CD’s and demo code are provided free to all attendees.

This one day camp is to be hosted at the Microsoft Technology Center in Reston, VA. More information, including the Call For Speakers can be found at https://www.madcodecamp.com/."

The event is on Saturday, June 10th.  I plan on attending.  See you there!
