Learning is like rowing upstream; not to advance is to drop back.

New Visual Studio Training Site Launched

Hey brother, can a spare a neuron? I'm always looking for good learning opportunities, and here's my pearl o'the day for you all. We just launched a new Visual Studio learning site and there is a bunch of new content on VS 2005. The good news is that this is a one-stop location that should keep you busy for at least a mule's age with high quality VS content.

FULL QUOTATION: Learning is like rowing upstream; not to advance is to drop back.
ATTRIBUTION: Chinese proverb.

Now that's deep! I see this natural law played out in so many venues. My favorite is the in book store Computer Programming section. I don't know about you, but I always wonder at the motivation behind all my fellow computer book browsers.

What drives them to this place? Why did she bother picking up K&R? Boy are they lost, they're reading up on [insert your favoite, lost cause and obsolete technology here]. If I can just find that one book -  the one that will give my technical career that Hollywood and Vine opportunity for discovery that I've been waiting for. You get the drift.

In any event, I wish you all happy learning, and, for now, don't stop rowing. That roaring sound down stream could just be Niagra Falls.
