It's been quiet around here...and DC Launch

With the DC Launch coming up this week, the team has been heads down preparing for it so you haven't seen much in the way of new posts recently. I promise as soon as we get beyond Wednesday's event that the the team will be blogging again and that the tempo will return to it's normal level. I'm talking for the team here since I'll be on vacation for 2 weeks and won't be blogging in the 2nd half of Jan.

The FederalDev blog has been up and running for about 4 months now. As a means for transmitting information to our Federal Developer audience, it's been hugely successful. We've also had a good amount of email from you telling us about projects where you're utilizing the Microsoft platform for solutions for the US Federal Governmet, in some cases asking for assistance with a variety of things, telling us what you like about the blog and what you'd like to see more of, etc. We love hearing from you and engaging with you (in addtion to transmitting) and I ask that you continue to engage with us via comments in response to posts or using the contact link (I'm avoiding posting the email address here to prevent spam), let us know what you're doing with the development platform and tools, and you'll definitely see an increased level of posts attempting to engage with you going forward.

If you're at the DC Launch on Wednesday, you'll see the 'faces behind the names' delivering about 70% of the sessions...the guys have worked really hard and are ready to "Rock the Launch"...I'd encourage you to please introduce yourself to the team.

Happy New Year!!!
