Work Item 結合 check-in Policy 問題討論

River 今天跑來問我,

為什麼 Team System 在整合 Check In 與 WorkItem 時, 沒有細分 哪一種 WorkItem 對應到 哪個 Team Project.

Well. 說來話長... 實在太難說了...  有 高手 把這個 工具化的彈性 綁得更死一點
