    Hi!  I think I'm experiencing this problem but it also looks like I have trustedinstaller.exe present.  However, I'm running on a machine that's being updated by our IT department over the intranet, so maybe there's some security problem going on with the updater?  I have no idea, to be honest.

    But I definitely have TrustedInstaller version 6.1.7600.16384 in the appropriate directory and my version of mscoree.dll is at version 2.0.50727.4927.
