It's 2 weeks of Windows Azure training, aimed at devs with no experience of Windows Azure but about 6 months of familiarity with VS 2008/VS 2010. It's online training so there's no need to collect frequent flyer miles. Hey you could even learn at home while the dog is barking and the kids are arguing.

Hands-on, Instructor-led training in the UK is being run over 2 days by QA training in a couple of locations in London. Because it's in-person training there is a charge, but it's pretty good for 2-days; £100.
