Last Chance for the NY-NJ Metro Area Silverlight Tour

The Silverlight 2 Fire Starter in NYC was a big hit over the weekend.  Major thanks goes out to our speakers for a job well done:  Shawn Wildermuth, Jason Beres, and Todd Snyder. Without them, this event just wouldn’t have been possible! Keep an eye here on my blog for the slides and code demos later in the week.

Shawn Wildermuth, who delivered the keynote session, will be back in the area to teach his 3-day Silverlight course September 22-24th.  If you liked what you learned at the Fire Starter and want to take things to the next level, check out Shawn’s class. Details on that are below.

Only a week left until the New York/New Jersey Metro Area Silverlight Tour stop.  If you are interested in our three-day workshop, make sure you register.  For this tour stop, we've limited it to eighteen participants.

The workshop includes coverage of Visual Studio, Blend, the Silverlight stack from XAML and development all the way through to writing and consuming web services and data services.

It was really worth to spend weekend with Peter, Shawn, Jason and Todd and New York group. It gave us good start in terms of developing future Web based projects as I never been in web based project. Two way communication between speakers and attended was within harmony. Maximum questions were answered by Speaker and had good knowledge on what they were saying.

Thanks once again to Peter, Shawn, Jason and Todd.
