December devCouncils - NJ and NY

Thanks to everyone who attended the devCouncil events in NJ & NY earlier this month.  This was the second 'set' of devCouncil meetings to take place, focusing on two of the four pillars of the .NET Framework 3.0: Windows CardSpace and Windows Presentation Foundation.
