Welcome Chris Bowen to Microsoft in New England

For those of you who live up in New England, we have new Developer Evangelist who is joining the team.  Welcome Chris Bowen to Microsoft!  Chris has been an active member of the New England developer community for some time now.  He's now swallowed the blue pill and will be taking over for Thom Robbins who recently moved on to a new position out in Redmond.  I look forward to meeting and working with Chris soon.
