Jason Beres sent me an update for the Central Jersey .NET user group (NJ.NET). After being off for most of the summer, they're having their monthly meeting Thursday September 21st at Infragistics. I didn't have the meeting info when I did my monthly user group posting at the beginning of September.
This month, Jason Beres and Tony Lombardo will be showing you best practices in creating high performance ASP.NET applications using the latest AJAX and ATLAS technologies. In the first half of the presentation, you will learn how what AJAX is, how it works and how you can implement AJAX functionality in your own code. In the second half, you will learn about ATLAS, the new AJAX framework from Microsoft and how it's new controls can help you build high rich web based applications.
The group meets at the Infragistics office East Windsor, NJ off of Exit 8 on the NJ Turnpike. For more info, check out http://www.njdotnet.com
