Upgrading from Windows Server 2008 Hyper-V RC0 to RTM

Today I finally got around to upgrading my Windows Server 2008 x64 machine (which I use to host my SharePoint virtual machines) from Hyper-V RC0 to RTM. I tried it a number of times but it kept failing, saying "Updates were not configured correctly. Reverting changes". The solution was to shutdown all of my virtual machines (rather than save changes) as well as stopping all of the Hyper-V services in the Services Control Panel (Hyper-V Image Management Services, Hyper-V Networking Management Service, and Hyper-V Virtual Machine Management).
