Our crawl failed for large files with crawl error : "The item may be too large or corrupt. You may also verify that you have the latest version of this IFilter".

In eventviewer of the crawl component observed error: "The search service stopped the filter daemon because it was consuming too many resources. A new daemon will automatically be started, and no user action is required."

This got resolved following the suggested changes for increasing registry values for DedicatedFilterProcessMemoryQuota, FilterProcessMemoryQuota, FolderHighPriority.
