The patterns and practices group at Microsoft have made their first release of SharePoint Developer Guidance. It is listed as "not even Alpha" so may not be exactly what you're looking for just yet. It would be really helpful to get feedback about the guidance from experienced SharePoint Developers. We need your opinions. You can use the Discussions tab on the codeplex project to submit feedback.
