Instant Message from My Blog

From Angus Logan, you can put MSN Instant Messenger on your blog now. Check the news section on my blog and you can send me IM if I'm online. The icon will be green if I am online. It seems to me like this would be a great idea for companies for sales leads of support enquiries. Sort of like a help desk. Not sure what it will be useful for on my blog yet.
