HiTech Awards last weekend

It was very exciting to get to the HiTech awards night last weekend on Saturday 13th Nov 2004.  It's not often, okay never, that I have to wear black tie.  Fantastic to see two companies that Gareth Baker and I have been working with win awards too.  Pay Global won Company of the Year and the Microsoft sponsored Software Company of the Year and Aftermail won Emerging Company of the Year.

It was also fun to see The Gallagher Group win Electronic Company of the Year.  Until 1996 I worked for CARDAX which was later bought by The Gallagher Group.  I still know a couple of people there in Hamilton now.
