Hi There,

Next Week Adam Cogan (Regoinal Director in Australia) is visiting New Zealand.  He will be speaking about SQL Reporting Services at local .NET user groups.  For further information about Adams talk see:

The dates for TechEd 2004 New Zealand have been set.  TechEd is New Zealand's premier IT conference where last year more than 1500 IT Professionals got together to hear from 75 presenters from New Zealand and around the world.  This year it will be in Auckland, August 2-4.  Pricing and registration is expected at the end of March.

In addition to our first-ever South Pacific Webcasts, we've got two other series upcoming: in the Online Events section below, you'll see that March 2 - 5 is BizTalk Server 2004 Developer Blitz Week: 8 webcasts highlighting BizTalk + Visual Studio .NET, including a David Chappell keynote. Also down below, under Web Resources, you'll find a series of three Webcasts on Business Intelligence for ISVs.

You will remember the MSDN Morning Update web casts, with the change to global MSDN Web Casts I have been working to get New Zealand speakers presenting these.  A big thanks to Chris Auld (MVP) who right now is presenting the first of these by a New Zealand presenter.  Chris' session is about deploying .NET CF applications in an enterprise.  You can watch the recording of Chris' session or register for his live repeat next month here: <https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=24590>

Auldhouse Training are offering up to $400 discount off selected .NET Developer training in March for MSDN Flash subscribers.

Lastly, March is Shadowfax month.  Have a look at the development of a new breed of enterprise application samples from Microsoft and our Patterns and Practices Group.  I'd encourage you to download the reviewers guide and see how this applies (and can help) to your development environment - a 45 minute investment of your time.
