Who is blogging here ?
As this is the 1st post for me here in my blog. I would like to quickly introduce myself: I am Omnia Ossama, from Cairo Egypt. I have studied Computer Science and Information System at Cairo University, Cairo, Egypt. In addition I had master in Data Mining in Moving Object Databases (MOOD) that made me work as a researcher for some months as a temporary plan for doing PhD then I decided to go back to business track. I have worked as a Trainer, Software Engineer and finally a Support Engineer at Microsoft Egypt. I would like to share with you in my blog some of the interesting scenarios we face in support every day or new things I read or learn.
