PDC - Pre-Session

Well, I made it to PDC this morning.  I was going back and forth between choosing the .Net v2 and the VSTO 2005 pre-session, and ended up in the VSTO 2005 session.  First time that I'm seeing much of this since I've been so wrapped up in BizTalk for the past couple of years.  The document designers for VSTO 2005 look pretty good - I've got some ideas about how to showcase this stuff for demos for my customers.  Adding Host Item Controls to an Excel workbook, and to a word document, and taking advantage of the new features of VSTO 2005 should be pretty straightforward.   

The hall feels a bit empty today, one day before the full conference starts.  It's gonna be packed tomorrow, I'm sure...
