Yesterday (May 17) was a big day for Commerce Server 2002.  (see internetnews.com, microsoft.com)

The Commerce Server 2002 Feature Pack 1 is available as a download for customers and partners. Feature Pack 1 contains

  • New UIs for catalog and discount management
  • Support for multi-environment staging through Application Center
  • Coupon (promotion code) support
  • Catalog sequencing (sort order)

Another important bit of yesterday's announcement was that the next version of Commerce Server will be released in early 2006.
