Acronym of the day… “KFU”


KFU.  Knowledge-Free User.  \Knowl”edge Free Us”er\, n. 1. One who uses, but does not know.  [usage] When a request for information of the obvious sort comes in, the person asking the question is a Knowledge-Free User.

    Users want to be productive, not knowledgeable.

    A little knowledge is a dangerous thing.

    A User who knows "a little" can no longer provide solid answers to simple questions, they are trying to frame the answer in the context of an implementation they cannot comprehend.
