Well, a couple of old CRM 3.0 books. We’re shuffling things around in the office here in Auckland and everyone is giving me their old CRM textbooks. So, as a way of seeing who’s reading the blog and who’s interested in getting an old textbook (perhaps you have a customer still on 3.0, there are plenty of them out there), I’ll give them away to the first two lucky emailers.

I’ll even post them to you. Yes, these are used, not new. But still in good nick.
