South Pacific Entrepreneurs Networking Event: 27 September 2011

This month kicks of the Rugby World Cup 2011. Along with great sport and celebration, there is the Rutherford Innovation Showcase. With key partners such as New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, Ministry of Science and Innovation and ATEED, they will host a series of events around the country. The purpose of these events are to elevate the profile of New Zealand Hi-Tech & ICT sector, especially during the World Cup where New Zealand is in the global spotlight.

One of the events is the South Pacific Entrepreneurs Networking Event on 27 September 2011 which Microsoft BizSpark has partnered with. This event is free and will be an opportunity to network with like-minded entrepreneurs from around New Zealand. Please register early, as this event will be sure to sell out. Auckland ICT, IT Forum Goldcoast and Microsoft invite you to come and network with start-ups, entrepreneurs, software developers and others in the tech world at the free South Pacific Entrepreneurs Networking Event 7-9pm on 27 September at Telecom Place, Auckland.

This will be a great event with networking clusters based on Electronics, Digital Media Content, Robotics, Mobility, Cloud and Location Based Services.

As an Official Sponsor of Rugby World Cup 2011 and of the South Pacific Entrepreneurs Networking Event, Microsoft will give away two category A tickets to Quarter Final 2 at Eden Park as well as an Xbox and HTC Trophy 7 Windows phone.
