As all Post updates WSS3.0/MOSS2k7 SP2 , make sure you have SP2 in place, then also as usual don’t forget to run the SharePoint Products and Technologies Configuration Wizard or “psconfig –cmd upgrade –inplace b2b -wait”  command line  on all servers where MOSS or WSS3.0 installed.
