The MOF team continues to extend MOF’s core content with the release of new companion guides that address the challenges facing today’s IT pros. This latest series of companion guides focuses on framework comparisons.
The information outlined in these guides will enable organizations to understand the characteristics and alignment of ITIL and MOF and meet ISO/IEC 20000 requirements. They’ll ultimately help provide the information required for an informed approach to today’s service management challenges and the delivery of effective IT services.

Join the Beta
Additional MOF guides will be available as Beta releases on the Connect Web site. They are intended as open Beta downloads. See below for instructions on how to access future Beta guides.

  2. Sign in using a valid Windows Live ID to continue to the Invitations page.
  3. Scroll down to Microsoft Operations Framework.
