Hi there…. does anybody know if Extensions 2.0 can be published to a NAV Server instance that is connected to an Azure SQL Server database? It would appear not (I get a “cannot connect to server error when trying to run the Publish-NavApp commandlet). If this is not possible, when will it be?

      Hi Clinton

You cannot publish extensions on Azure SQL databases (you can install however). So make sure to publish the app before moving it to Azure SQL. Otherwise, you need to export the database and import it on a local DB server and publish it there, and then move it back to Azure (and that can take a long, long time). Dunno if they will enable it in the future, but would be nice.
