I setup a local installation of a NAV 2017 Service against the Demo Database NAV (10-0) database on a different Windows 10 environment and received the same issue identified here.

      This is AU Release btw.

      Hi Jake,

this seems to be the good old “I did not unblock my downloaded archive before extraction” issue. Before you extract contents and create CU structure, unblock the archive in properties. Does this apply to you?

      1. Jake says:

Hmm strange. This hasn’t come up before in many of the releases!
        We’ll run a powershell to Unblock them (Get-ChildItem -Recurse | Unblock-File -Verbose).

  2. ZogL says:

Hello, I have a strange problem.
Facing following error when trying to import object as text in docker container.

: [21431012] Could not upgrade RDL on Report XXXXXX Report Name.
‘, hexadecimal value 0x14, is an invalid character. Line 8693, position 64.
[0] The import stopped at line 2810411.

I don’t have any characters with this value in whole report. And on mentioned position it is only russion letter ‘й’. I can import that object on any other PC just fine.
