The download is (three days ago) including today (14 may 2015, 08:30, German time) not downloadable. If the button "Request Hotfix" is clicked, the site appears "oops! The page you are looking for may have a new location, or is no longer available."

  2. damse says:

    Same problem with download here!

  3. Jens Glathe says:

    Hi There,

try to open the link in a new private window, don't sign in there. Then it appears to work. Why that is… don't know.

    with best regards

    Jens

  4. damse says:

Thanks – InPrivate solved the problem – but what a bug when Microsofts own browser doesn't work properly on MS's site 🙂

  5. Pallea says:

inPrivate browsing seems to be the solution..it was the same last month.

    Thanks

    Palle

  6. Martin Nielander says:

@damse; I am not completely sure but it could be a problem related to how you identify yourself to partnersource. Please help me understand if below steps helps you?

    1) Login to http://login.live.com.

    2) Press "Edit your details".

    3) Press "Edit" in the "Display name" area if the information is not accurate.

    4) After you have updated your profile name for your live id then please logoff from all sites and close all windows

    5) Open a new window and try to download the hotfix from the knowledge base article.

    Hope above helps you.

    @Martin Nielander

    It doesn't work for me.

  8. Pallea says:

    Hi @Martin Nielander

We had exactly the same issue a month ago. Here the solution was the same :Private browsing regardless of browser (IE, FF or Chrome).

  9. Martin Nielander says:

@Palle; I know and it seems related to some, behind the scene, changes done for PartnerSource. If it doesn´t help to update the Live ID's with correct identification to Microsoft services, then I am a little in the dark. The In Private solution is a work around, it is not expected to work like that.

Same problem here. "Request Hotfix" is clicked, the site appears "oops! The page you are looking for may have a new location, or is no longer available."

Where can we download the latest hotfix?

  11. Holger Ertel says:

    Temporary solution:

The download is currently still not possible for many NAV clients and partners.

If you are using the link below, you can "NAV 2013 R2 CU17" direct download without problems.

  12. Holger Ertel says:

Please wait a minute. The link is for the German version. I post links to all countries in 15 minutes.

  13. Thomas Terkelsen says:

Does anyone know how to install this? I'm looking for a step-by-step instruction on how to install it on an unmodified NAV2013 GB.
