Invitation to meet with the concurrency runtime team

Parallel Computing Platform team is excited to host an event to meet C++ concurrency runtime customers on Microsoft campus in Redmond, WA on July 13, 2011!

This hand-on laboratory event is mostly focused on enabling your real-world scenarios. Bring in your serial code that you’ve always wanted to parallelize and/or bring in your already parallel code based on the concurrency runtime either through the Parallel Patterns Library templates or through the Asynchronous Agents Library and work on it with our team. You will have access to our engineers 1:1 to help you realize the power of multi-core. Also during this event we will give you the first look into some of the features we plan to add in the future.

 Who should sign up?

You should be a C++ developer, and have used Parallel Patterns Library or Asynchronous Agents Library available in Visual Studio 2010. You must have a project that you can bring with you and work on with our team.

Limited seats

We want to make it worth your time, and hence plan to keeping the engineers/customer ratio close to 1:1.

Cost

Free! Microsoft will not charge you for this event. We will even provide hot breakfast and boxed lunch for you. However, you must handle your own travel and lodging expenses.
