Windows SDK - Building Customer Relations

I will be working with other Windows SDK team members in identifying windows SDK customer personas. Our intent is to better understand what our customers are expecting in future SDK releases.

In last couple of weeks that I have spent working on these customer relations matters, the interesting thing I found out is not every customer is a blogger and not all customers want to talk. We need to find ways to get to the customer in ways that is/are comfortable to him. The question that always come back to be is “Where can I get more information from customers? Internally we are now focused on addressing problems like

· Incorporating customer feedback into the product.

· More and innovative ways to listen to the customer.

· And most importantly, Ways to find the customer
