Around The World With MVPs: The Amsterdam Excel Summit Wraps Up Its Fourth Installment

img_7600The Amsterdam Excel Summit presented its fourth installment on April 18th and 19th. And as anticipated, the 2017 summit was another great success!

Organized by Excel MVPs Jan Karel Pieterse and Tony de Jonker, the Amsterdam Excel Summit featured eight one-of-a-kind parallel sessions packed into two tracks. Throughout the two-day event, participants got to engage with 12 speakers - including a handful of Excel MVPs and two Microsoft Program managers - to go deep into Excel, dashboard reports, and Power BI. Even more, Excel enthusiasts delved into the new JavaScript for Office extensibility model with Microsoft Principal Designer Jakob Nielsen.

The summit took place at an Amsterdam City center, called the De Zilveren Toren. Here participants networked over some great lunches, and enjoyed a spectacular view of the city from the 11th floor vantage point.

“Had a great time in Amsterdam [this] past week. Big thanks to Jan Karel Pieterse and Tony De Jonker for inviting me to speak at the Amsterdam Excel Summit 2017 and The Excel Data Analysis And Reporting Masterclass," said Excel MVP Gašper Kamenšek on Linkedin shortly after the event. “Without question, [in the] two top Excel events in Europe.”
