Created by 18 MVPs and other community members, C.E.U.S by Iberian SharePoint Conference staged its largest technical event last week in Madrid, Spain. Designed to bring together leading experts in technology and productivity platforms (including SharePoint, Skype for Business, Exchange, Office 365 and Microsoft Azure) from the Iberian Peninsula and Latin America, the conference offered Microsoft’s latest vision of Microsoft productivity tools, as well as the cloud and devices. Participants gained the opportunity to connect with real-world experts in technologies such as Office 365, Microsoft Azure and SharePoint. The event organizers managed everything from preparation logistics to the delivery of business and technical content.
The first day of the event showcased two business-oriented keynotes and six workshops on cloud applications, lifecycle management, cloud IT, power BI, and business productivity. On the second day, MVPs from Spain, Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Colombia, Uruguay and Costa Rica, as well as other community members, took the stage to deliver 48 technical sessions.
This year, for the first time, the conference offered an ongoing Expert’s Roundtable where MVPs were available to the local audience for Q&A sessions throughout the second day, which attracted many attendees. The conference also became a showroom for local partners: 35 local sponsors were present at the conference and organized the goody quiz that raised a lot of interest among the attendees.
