SP24: SharePoint, MVPs and the World in 24 Hours

What do you accomplish in 24 hours?

If you're SharePoint Server MVPs Vlad Catrinescu and Matthias Einig, you chase the sun from New Zealand to Hawaii and bring the world right along with you.  Starting April 16 at 10pm GMT in New Zealand, they'll do just that.

"We were looking at new ways of organizing something for the community that has never been done before," said Catrinescu. The two MVPs joined forces with other community leaders and began the initial brainstorming that would result in SP24   - A 24-hour global SharePoint conference.

"SP24 is an original online conference in a way that it has never been done before," said Catrinescu.  "Not only is it accessible for free by anyone wishing to learn SharePoint, but most of the speakers were chosen by the community through voting!"  The conference now boasts 24 MVP speakers from across the globe, 48 live sessions covering business and technical applications and an impressive 4,000 enthusiasts have already registered! The conference kicks off with a keynote address from SharePoint Senior Product Marketing Manager, Bill Baer and continues with an impressive and exciting 24-hour agenda

The online conference, which is built on SharePoint 2013, has two tracks. One that appeals to business users and another that targets developers and administrators alike. The conference and sessions are free to the public and Einig and Catrinescu assure users that "SP24 has sessions for all levels of SharePoint, from end-user sessions that explain the very basics, to level 400 sessions from which any expert can learn."
