New Zealand MVP Chris Auld discusses Silverlight for new ticket kiosk application

New Zealand MVP Chris Auld was interviewed about Ticket Direct's Silverlight kiosk platform that he helped develop. Ticket Direct is New Zealand's major entertainment ticket distribution company. They needed a new platform for ticket sales kiosks to be installed in New Zealand's "big box" stores. In the interview below, Auld discussed the advantages of using Silverlight for the kiosks, and how some of Silverlight 3's features helped them improve the customer experience.
