Italian MVP Offers Protection From Cybersquatting

Italian Internet Explorer MVP Vincenzo Di Russo recently wrote a TechNet Community article entitled, “How to defend yourself from cybersquatting”. His article looks at how web users can protect themselves against “typo-squatting” or “cybersquatting.” Fraudsters, typically use the misspelled website names of popular websites to earn money through advertising. Vincenzo offers some great advice on how Internet Explorer 7’s phishing filter can offer protection against cybersquatting.
