Silver Surfer Guide is a website dedicated to computer users of all ages. The site offers help and support to those who want to learn how their computer works, or for people who are just looking for a basic computing refresher course.

Run by MVP John Barnett, Silver Surfer Guide offers practical advice such as, what to look for when buying your first computer, learning how to make full use of the mouse and how to interact with common Windows applications, such as Windows Mail and Internet Explorer.

MVP John Barnett maintains two other websites including, https://xphelpandsupport.mvps.org and https://vistasupport.mvps.org. He also co-authored a book entitled "Windows XP MVP" along with Curt Simmons, Alan Simpson and David Dalan.
