It's always interesting to read how others perceive and write about our technologies:
- Adobe/Macromedia Flash expert Lee Brimelow of frog design, inc. has started up a WPF blog called—simply enough—theWPFblog. It's a companion to The Flash Blog he appears to have been running for quite some time. Welcome to WPF, Lee!
- Peter Aitken wrote a WPF article on Publish.com that gets extra points for its fun title: WTF is WPF? An Intro to Windows Presentation Foundation. Considering our penchant for W_F naming, Peter's new acronym seems like a natural fit. 🙂
- Tim Anderson writes about WPF/E and our "new-found enthusiasm for cross-platform technologies" in: Microsoft sees the writing on the wall. For more on WPF/E, check out this recent interview with Mike Harsh on Channel 9.
I also need to link to Daniel Lehenbauer's recent 20-minute MSDN TV episode on 3D Integration in Windows Presentation Foundation. If you're looking for a quick overview of WPF 3D features, this is a great place to start. Daniel has a useful blog too.
