Welcome, everyone, to Worldwide Partner Conference 2013 Day 1 here in Houston! I’m very excited for another WPC together with you all and looking forward to connecting with you here in Houston. Remember, I’m looking forward to the 2013 Fantastic People of Worldwide Partner Conference, so be sure to come up and say, “Hi,” while you’re here and let’s grab a picture together for this year’s collection. (Already started last night at the Welcome reception) Smile

Here are a few things that you should know for today:

  • BREAKFAST: be sure to start your day off with some breakfast. It will be a long day of networking, connecting, getting great info, etc., so get your nutrition to start the day. We are serving breakfast in the Houston Toyota Center from 7:00 – 8:30 am today.
  • REGISTRATION: Don't have your badge yet? Registration is open today from 7:00 am – 6:00 pm in the  Convention Center on Level 100 in The Commons.
  • SHUTTLES: Shuttles run today from 6:30 – 9:30 am, then 5:00 – 11:00 pm today. Remember that there are no shuttles during the middle of the day.
  • VISION KEYNOTES: Today's Vision Keynotes run from 8:30 – 12:00 today in the Toyota Center. If you’re unable to be here in person, we will be streaming these live online, so be sure to join us there.
  • LUNCH: Will be served from 12 – 1:30 on Level 100 of the Convention Center in The Commons
  • VALUE KEYNOTES: Will run from 1:30 – 2:30 on Level 100 of the Convention Center in The Commons
  • THE EXPO, CONNECT, and REGIONAL LOUNGES: Are open from 12 – 5:30 on Level 100 of the Convention Center in The Commons
  • DETAILED SESSION LIST: You can see the detailed session list for today in the WPC Conference Guide
  • THEATER SESSIONS: 12:30 – 5:30 on Level 100 of the Convention Center in The Commons
  • HAPPY HOUR: Join us to wind down the day together from 4:00 – 5:30 on Level 100 of the Convention Center in The Commons
  • TECH TWEET UP: If you’re interested in connecting with some people at a tweet up, come join some others. I’ll be there and look forward to seeing some of you.

Be sure to follow along with the excitement and news online today through social media by following and tweeting with the #WPC13 hashtag on Twitter, and be sure you have my Microsoft Info Partner Mobile App installed on your Windows Phone.
