Thank you and congratulations to all of the SMB 150

Last month I put up my I’d love your votes in the SMB 150 2012 SMB Awards! Here’s how you can vote post here on the blog after finding out that I had been nominated for this year’s SMB 150 awards, and asked for your vote if you felt my contributions were valuable to you and worthy enough. Now that the voting is all over and the winners have been announced, I wanted to take a quick moment to come back to you all with a few quick messages:

First and foremost, “Thank you,” to all of you for your votes for me in the SMB 150. The winners have been announced for this year’s SMB 150 Awards and I am grateful to you all to see my name on the list, since it is your votes that helped make that happen. As I stated in my original post about my nomination, “One of the things I truly like about the SMB 150 Awards is that the nominees and the final 150 are selected by the SMB channel community itself through a voting process. It is the SMB channel that selects their top 150 influencers.”

Next, I would also like to extend a congratulations to all of the other SMB 150 Award winners for their accomplishments and success as well (including fellow Microsofties: Cindy Bates, Sean Daniel, and Damian Leibaschoff). The SMB channel community is a thriving community with many people who dedicate so much time and effort to not only driving their own businesses and strategies, but also in working with and assisting others in the community to also help them grow, succeed, and thrive. It is an honor to be included among so many others who believe in and contribute to this amazing community.

Thank you again for taking the time to vote for me as well as all of the interaction and feedback you provide in our working together. I look forward to continuing to work with all of you through the various virtual and in-person touch points we have and seeing many of you this summer at Worldwide Partner Conference 2012.
