Give Microsoft feedback on our web interfaces and portals and earn $100

imageOver the past few years, I have been sharing many stories and examples here on the blog of updates and changes that Microsoft has made to various programs, interfaces, and more based on direct input and feedback from you, our partners. Well, here is another chance to have your voice heard directly in one of our usability studies as a Microsoft Partner.

The Microsoft Operations Customer & Partner Experience (CPE) Research team would like to interview Microsoft Partners about how to improve the interfaces and portals used to do business with Microsoft. Those who are selected for this 1-hour interview will receive a $100 gift card as a thank you from Microsoft for your invaluable feedback. To volunteer, please complete this online form. If you qualify, we will contact you to schedule a call as early as next week and no later than July 1st, 2011.

In case you are wondering, there is no need to come in to our offices to participate in this process. We will conduct the interviews by phone and Live Meeting. All you need is a phone (or computer headset), a PC, and a high-speed internet connection. During the interviews (English language only at this time) we may share our screens with each other and record our discussion about various interfaces and portals used to do business with Microsoft.

Did you find this information helpful? If so, you may want to make sure you are utilizing all of the areas I share information online, such as: my Facebook page, my Twitter account, my LinkedIn account, and my blog.
