Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC) Improvements Webcasts for Partners

At the end of March, I told you about the Microsoft VLSC update with “Add Open License” coming in April that includes several updates and usability enhancements as a part of our continued efforts to provide a convenient, online solution for customers and partners to easily manage their licensing agreements and Microsoft products. Some of these enhancements include: new site navigation, improved product key management, and “Add Open License,” a permissions request feature for Partners who manage licenses on behalf of their customers. As you may have noticed, we released these updates on the Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center last week, on April 7th.

On Wednesday, April 21st and Wednesday, April 28th, we will be conducting Live Meeting sessions at 8:00 am, 12:00 pm, and 6:30 pm (Pacific Time) to review these new enhancements, address many common VLSC questions, and provide “how-to’s” and “tips and tricks” so you can more easily access and manage the information you need in order to provide the best experience for your clients. You will only need to attend one event, so please choose the one most convenient for you.

Topics will include:

  • New VLSC enhancements
  • VLSC registration and site navigation
  • How to request or acquire site permissions
  • Self-service tools
  • Proper support paths if you experience issues

You will be able to ask questions during the sessions using the Q&A option in LiveMeeting.
