Microsoft Customer Service comes to Twitter – Check them out @MicrosoftHelps

Yesterday I posted about Microsoft CPE and how Microsoft is continually striving to improve it’s service and the experience for our customers and Partners around the world. For those of you that have been following the various online resources that Microsoft has been adding such as blogs, newsgroups, forums, and more, here is a new addition to help in this effort. The Microsoft Customer Support Team has started up a new Twitter account designed to help address customer support issues that you may have. In their words:

@MicrosftHelps is the official Twitter account for Microsoft Customer Service. Our initial focus is to provide a quality experience helping you find answers to your Windows 7 questions. We are planning to expand the scope of our support over time.”

So for those of you on Twitter, you may want to start following the @MicrosftHelps account of the Microsoft Customer Support Team for answers to your Windows 7 questions today, expanding to other items in the future.

Thank you and have a wonderful day,
