FREE Dell Latitude E4300 Windows 7 Laptop contest from Microsoft

imageFor many weeks now, I have been posting about and providing links to information, resources, trainings, downloads, RC code, and more regarding Windows 7 from Microsoft right here on the Blog (More Windows 7 Resources and Training Sessions for you, Windows 7 Learning Portal – More resources and information for you on Windows 7!, Windows 7 Resources For You, Free Windows 7 eLearning Clinics from Microsoft Learning, & Windows 7 and Windows XP Mode – Webcast for Partners) Now, it’s time to see who has been using these things and can put them to good use! Are you ready????

Announcing the Windows 7 partner video contest from the Windows Commercial Marketing Team, now open to Microsoft partners to participate in and running until July 3, 2009 where you can win a Dell Latitude E4300 Windows 7 laptop (or equivalent) and have your video (read below before asking, “what video?”) shown at this year’s Worldwide Partner Conference in New Orleans! Ok, let’s talk about those videos I mentioned…

We want to hear about your experience with Windows 7 RC, why it excites you, and the opportunities it opens for you and your business. As such, we invite you to showcase your Windows 7 RC experience in a brief, 2-3 minute video that you create. Your video will compete with those submitted by other Microsoft partners for a chance to win a Windows 7 laptop (Dell Latitude E4300 or equivalent) and have your video shown at this year’s Worldwide Partner Conference. Create your video now and submit it to DigitalForumTV.com to compete and take your shot at winning.

For your videos:

  • Begin your video with this brief introduction: “I believe Windows 7 will help my customers work reliably, easily, and securely by…” Make sure you fill in the blank.
  • Include a demo of at least one Windows 7 feature highlight, such as Windows XP Mode, location-aware printing or presentation settings, using Windows 7 RC.
  • Submit your video to DigitalForumTV.com using this contest code, located on the Windows 7 partner video contest page.

Here are some next steps for you to get you on your way to potentially winning that Dell Latitude E4300 Windows 7 laptop (or equivalent) and chance to have your video shown at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference in July. Make sure you review the Microsoft Windows 7 + You = Success: What’s Your Story? Official Rules, and submit your entry no later than June 26, 2009. The contest will end on July 3, 2009, following one final week of voting. If you still have any contest-related questions after reading the entire official rules, send us an e-mail with your questions at the email address listed on the Windows 7 partner video contest page.

Good luck!

Thank you and have a wonderful day,
