How to “create” budget – One approach

How many times have you put through a proposal, only to have the budget for the services portion of it be drastically reduced due to increased hardware or software costs? Ever wish you could help protect or “create” some more budget to help your clients with that solution? Here’s a snippet from a live presentation I gave while on the U.S. Team that talks about one way to “create” budget when helping your clients out.
